At Diamond Photo, we want your home memories to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your custom decor or photo prints, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer full replacements or refunds for items that do not meet our premium standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your photo products in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out a corrected replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
